Join us for a one day tour to Asni and Imlil. After breakfast we will drive you 2 hours to get to Asni and Imlil where you can hike through the Berber village up to the Kasbah or take a donkey up to the top. Here is the famous Kasbah Toubkal where the movies "Seven Years in Tibet" and "Kundun" were filmed, this was the Monastery. You can have lunch here and enjoy the incredible view of the mountains. The highest peak is Mount Toubkal at 4164m, which is also the highest mountain in North Africa. This Kasbah is a favorite place for many hikers who like to explore the Atlas mountains. You can visit a Berber family and be invited into their homes for some Peppermint tea, the traditional drink of the Berbers and Moroccans.
